When can I expect my package to arrive?
All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after you place your order.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Yes! You are able to change your shipping address if it is within 48 hours of when you placed the order.

Are you cruelty-free?
Yes, we are committed to creating all cruelty-free products! Our products are certified cruelty free meaning that we are an internationally recognized organization that does not test on animals at any stage of product development. Additionally, we are toxic and paraben free!
How long will my product last me/what is the expiration date?
If used regularly (3-4 times a week), the industry standard 1 fl. oz. bottle will last about 4 months. The product can last up to 2 years without expiring, however we suggest replacing all makeup products after a year.

Yes, you will be notified once your order has shipped via email and your tracking number will be included in the email.

You are not able to cancel or modify an order once it has been shipped.
What makes KCD Cosmetics products different from other beauty brands?
KCD Cosmetics is a company that focuses on uplifting black communities, we do that through makeup. We focus on serving women of color because when you want to impact communities you start by uplifting the women. When a customer shops with KCD Cosmetics, they are getting high-quality products but they are also giving back to themselves and their people.
How have you been contributing to creating a positive impact to communities of color so far?
We donate 10% of every product sold to organizations that are uplifting black communities. With our founders being based in two cities, Atlanta, GA and Cleveland, OH, we have focused our initial efforts in those cities. In Cleveland, we have donated to The United Black Fund of Greater Cleveland Inc. and The Urban League of Greater Cleveland. In Atlanta, we have donated to The Georgia Black United Fund and The Urban League of Greater Atlanta.
What products can we look forward to in the future?
Right now we want to focus on our foundation line, The K-Line, increase our customer base, and diversify from there. Our goal is to create the products that women of color use during their everyday makeup routine, if you have suggestions or comments on what products we should produce next feel free to let us know!
